let's talk about movies

while visioning a movie you ask yourself many questions if you attend to or not. if you're truly following the story of whats going on, on screen you ask yourself "why did he/she do that", "i wonder what will happen next" or you state "he/she is my favourite character", "why did he/she have to die". doing this is working the cortex. the Cortex is responsible for the higher thought process. while watching a tv show or movie you may think its your "down time" but just think of how many emotions your favourite show can make you process or how many things your eyes are trying to follow or how your brain is processing so much stuff all at once.

RIVERDALE the new hit teen series that hit Netflix this past year is blowing up with everything that goes on in it's episodes. based off the celeb comics Archie Riverdale hits a completely new aspect of the small town of Riverdale. with twist and turns like you wouldn't believe. to be said if you're a fan of teen dramas or Archie Comics you 100% need to check this new hit series.

on that subject how about Grey's Anatomy?

while you could argue that quicker reaction time would use your brain more - your brain is actually only wired to be focused on a task for an hour - two hours max. those facts there are pretty insane. imagine the bath tub dilemma

the point is, next time you decide to sit down to watch a movie think of all the brain function involved.
